We are grateful for the support of all our Plumbline members. Signing up for an account on our website is free, though you will have options to donate or purchase goods from our online store with your Plumbline account. These are optional and at your discretion.
The following policies cover the financial transactions that could take place with your membership, if you so choose, and how to modify or cancel your donation.

Modifying Your Account
You may login to your Plumbline account by accessing plumblinenetwork.com/account. You may change your personal details, or financial information at any time. If there is something you wish to change and you are either not able to or not sure how, please contact us and we can assist you.
I may revoke my authorization at any time, subject to providing 30 days of notice. To obtain a sample cancellation form, or for more information on my right to cancel a PAD Agreement, I may contact my financial institution, visit www.cdnpay.ca, or contact Plumbline Network at the address below:

I have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. To obtain more information on my recourse rights, I may contact my financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.
